TRAVIS MEEKS, POWERMAN 5000 Added To LOCOBAZOOKA! UNITED WE ROCK Festival

Over 50 bands have been added to the Locobazooka! United We Rock Festival at the Tweeter Center in Mansfield, MA, on Sunday, August 13. DAYS OF THE NEW frontman Travis Meeks and POWERMAN 5000 are the latest bands to join the list of amazing artists that are playing the festival along with headliners ALICE IN CHAINS and special guests BUCKCHERRY.

"With so many band playing Locobazooka! this year, if you do the math it's less than a buck a band," said Dan Hartwell, festival organizer and President of 3-D Entertainment. "For any music fan, a ticket to Locobazooka! is the best bargain of the summer. Where else are you going to see over 50 great bands for that price?"

Travis Meeks' DAYS OF THE NEW, whose first CD, "Orange", sold over 2 million copies with the hit single, "Touch, Peel and Stand", is currently on a tour of the U.S. that includes a stop at Locobazooka! With a fresh lineup and an album due out August 1, Boston-bred underground metal band POWERMAN 5000 will be playing songs from their new release, "Destroy What You Enjoy", and dusting off some old favorites at the festival as well.
